These agreements exist to ensure we have a smooth, productive, and successful 6-week sprint together.

2. THE SERVICE
You will receive the services and materials strictly as described on the specific webpage for the service you purchased.

The Goal: This is a collaborative "Done-With-You" consulting service. We provide the strategy, framework, and offer design guidance; you provide the information on your expertise and the direction you would like to take.

3. OUR PARTNERSHIP
We get the best results when we work as a team. By enrolling, you agree to the following so we can make the most of our time:

Active Participation: You are ready to review the materials, do the homework, and participate fully to achieve your results.

Mutual Respect: We are building a professional, respectful environment. We treat you with respect, and we ask for the same in return.

Showing Up: Our time together is valuable. You agree to show up on time and well-prepared for our sessions so we can focus on building your offer.

4. SERVICE TIMELINE (THE 6-WEEK SPRINT)
Start Date: The Service runs from the Date of Purchase.

Note: For manual Bank Transfers, the "Date of Purchase" is the day funds are successfully cleared in our account.

Momentum: To ensure we keep our momentum high and get your offer launched, the 6-week timeline runs consecutively and does not pause.

Extensions: If life happens and you need more time to complete the work, you may purchase a timeline extension at the rate of $150 USD per week (subject to our current availability).

5. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Methods: We accept Card, M-PESA (via Virtual Card), and Equity Bank Transfer (Swift confirmation required).

Commitment Policy (No Refunds): Because this service involves the immediate reservation of our time on the calendar and the disclosure of our proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or circumstances. We ask that you only enrol if you are fully committed to the process.

6. RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS
We are fully dedicated to helping you build a high-quality offer, and if we both do our parts we shall get to the goal we set at the beginning.

No Guarantees: You acknowledge that Grow Virtual makes no warranties regarding specific financial results, revenue, or market response. Your success depends on your market, your effort, and how you implement the strategies we build together.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Your Ownership: You own the final specific sales copy and offer structures we create specifically for your business.

Our Ownership: Grow Virtual retains ownership of our underlying methodologies, teaching frameworks, and templates so we can continue helping other clients.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
